Very good.
So don’t do anything physically demanding while taking it?
That’s crazy! Why don’t they just call ICE? Oh wait...
Good morning, sweetie. You are welcome.
Get this....
San Diego County is suing Trump administration for the costs of having to deal with the influx of asylum seekers.
How about going after your dang Governor or your dim Congress Critters in DC to change the laws.
It just boggles my mind.
While on Cipro I cut coffee to just once a day — first thing in the morning. Normally I sip coffee throughout the day, which probably amounts to about three cups, so I cut it way back while on the meds. I don’t recall that coffee is strictly prohibited, but it’s discouraged.
IIRC, Cipro is a tablet every 12 hours, so I usually go for 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. Coffee at 7 a.m. just to jump-start myself. :)
I’ve been free from these problems for about a year. I attribute it to taking D-Mannose.
I'm not a doctor, but it seems like good advice.
Never been a big fan of pop/ celeb music other than George Strait. He's a good guy.
Thank you.

Trump disclosed his tax returns for 8 years to the Obama IRS.
Sure hope that this news about using a two hour to result DNA test at the border is accurate. This would help with people claiming asylum, not so much for those sneaking in, unless they get caught.
That’s my idea of utopia! No liberals. None of the crap that comes from liberals
“Broken tendons, psychotic breakdown, death.”
Wow, I guess I’ll keep my potential of having diarrhea and nausea.
I have some of that cipro in my prepper supplies, I ordered fish antibiotics a while back. I’m sure they are all expired.
And apparently, they found nothing.
You look great, said Don Marsh, the 80-year-old host of the radio show St. Louis On the Air, to recently retired St. Louis news anchor Karen Foss (75 years young) when she entered the studio for an interview. The two veteran journalists then went on to have this pleasant and collegial conversation aired by KWMU, National Public Radios St. Louis affiliate.
The next morning, Foss learned that Marsh, a St. Louis institution, was leaving St. Louis Pubic Radio. Why? Someone at the KWMU studio had overheard Marshs complimentary greeting to Foss, perceived it to be inappropriate, and tattled to the bosses. Thats right, a man telling a longtime friend whom he hadnt seen in a while that she looked great was Not Okay.
What Does Karen Foss Think?
Reportedly Marsh was reprimanded for greeting me with a you look good. The assertion being that Don was making a sexist comment.
I am appalled.
As a woman who has long argued for the equitable treatment of women, I am highly alert to sexism and discrimination and I sensed absolutely none of that in his greeting. In fact I strongly suspect I responded by saying so do you. It is a common way for those of us who are aged to greet each other meaning we share our pleasure at being vital and healthy. It is in no way leering or meant to diminish anyones intellectual or professional contributions.
If indeed this simple exchange between professionals who have been friendly competitors for nearly 40 years was considered evidence of sexism, I must protest vehemently. After sixty years in the workplace, I know very well what sexual harassment and innuendo look like and this was most assuredly nothing of the kind.
I was looking for a chart that went as high as my vision, looks like I’m probably 20 / 1,200. I had to Google far and wide to find that. But I’ll take that over the problems I’m having now. Constant pain, dryness, all the results of strabismus surgery. I did pretty good last year though and I hope my current new doctor can get me back there. I Can See 20/20 with glasses so I’m grateful.
This sounds familiar.
On how President Maduro forced visiting Cuban doctors to use access to medicine as a way to gain votes for Maduro right before an election
They would start by going house to house to people. ... The way that it was being described to me was that essentially you would start by handing people medications that they needed, especially seeing if they had chronic illnesses that they really needed medication for on a regular basis. And then after you start to get their trust, you would start to bring up Maduro. You’d start to bring up politics. You’d ask them, “Are you registered to vote?” And then actually start to make a much harder pitch, like “You need to vote for Maduro. This is where this medicine is coming from,” and ultimately at the end of this there would be a threat, which is that “If you don’t vote for Maduro, there is a possibility that you will lose your medication. You will lose your free health care.” And this is what all of the doctors that I talked to said. ...
The further along that you got, the less popular that Maduro was becoming, the more that you began to see that he was leaning on this medical system to try to drive votes. In one election in 2015, there was a doctor who said that when it appeared that the opposition was ahead in a legislative vote, that they actually not only saw the doctors out that afternoon to try to get people to go vote, [but] they also dressed other people up, who were not doctors, as doctors and gave them medicine to go get people to vote, to try to get them to trust these doctors to go and vote.
