Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel said Tuesday after charges against "Empire" actor Jussie Smollett were dropped that "this is a whitewash of justice." He spoke alongside the superintendent of the Chicago Police Department, Eddie Johnson. Watch their remarks.

Jussie Smollett said he was going to rat out Obama that that is behind this attempted race war do the same thing if indicted. Then all of a sudden all charges are dropped.

Should they be dusting out a couple new rooms in the Illinois wing of the Marion Penitentiary ??
But think about this: Suppose what you said is in fact true (I believe it is). Remember also - few people know Obama’s modus operandi better than Rahm.
So if you are Rahm, your career as Mayor is nearing an end, and knowing the Obamas as you do, you see a s#itstorm brewing over Foxx’s actions. Do you really want to be at the point of that controversy? Or do you stand back, support your police chief, and try not to get any of it on you?
Will Rahm get a nomination for this performance?
Is he really admitting he had no influence or knowledge of this action? He really wants the country to believe he was ignored in all this?
Or did he sign on because of a bigger deal agreed upon?

Rahm is projecting his indignation.....he was probably involved in putting pressure on whatever loony judge it was who dropped the charges. Either pressure or the right amount of cash.
Me thinks Rahm is just pretending. He’s laughing on the inside.
Not a surprise in any way; no one expects “justice” in Chicago. Better stay away from there!
One thing we know about democrats, they’re schemers. This fake outrage by Rahm, is all part of the show.
This episode appears to have director ValJar’s fingerprints all over it. The Obamas aren’t that smart.

If Trump called it a whitewash he’d be called a White nationalist.
My guess is that this is a prize for the dems and media to soothe their upset over the Mueller report. This way they can delete the Smollet hoax from the list of recent hoaxes the media has perpetrated and perpetuated.

Chicago’s mayoral race is a week from today. Chicago media hasn’t asked for reaction from either of the the two black mayoral candidates.If the soda tax lady (Preckwinkle) backed Top Cop Johnson she’d make it interesting. This may have some impact on turnout if neither support law enforcement.
Letting the guy walk away without even a slap on the wrist paints a terrible image and should focus it in on all judicial elections. Very likely Chicago top cop Johnson won’t be around after the lib Lightfootsie makes it
As we know this has Obama written all over it. I wonder if this is an in-your-face President Trump from Obama? But Obama better watch out he doesn’t know who he’s dealing with
