Seems a little contradictory when they also want the age for legal firearms purchases to be raised to 21 and to keep the age for drinking a beer at that age as well.

Well, I, for one, knew EVERYTHING when I was 16. Of course that was in 1963 and we didn’t need to know as much then. But, based on some of the recent (s)elections, it appears that raising it would be the correct direction to take.
