I’m trying to find the video but IIRC during his hearing Horowitz testified that there were several ongoing investigation, Uranium 1, Clinton Email, Russia Hoax so who could be indicted first will depend on which investigation is rolled out first.

This is a VERY good video by X22 Report tonight! It is all good but gets VERY interesting about min 35:46. Refers back to Q drop #2793. Thinks DS will use the “Solar Storm” as a reason for communications black out on [Zero Day]. And that as Q tells us the WH will take over TV stations by Emergency Network, Phones etc. As the plan in Q #2793 points out. Apparently the “Solar Storm” thing is being put out there again so the DS can blame the outages on an act of God. Post #2793 gives the backup plan if the DS cuts off social media and networks.

Ability to prevent cross-talk narrows comms only to FAKE NEWS which provides for more control over what is released to inform the public.
A series of scenarios is currently being conducted [’game the sys’] to test response, risk, and calc results.
‘Censorship’ [added] layers of inserted code ‘through keyword targeting’ in bio, history, and comments + indiv platform mods has failed to curtail the problem.

Senators on Tuesday approved Paul Matey to be a judge on the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, effectively flipping control of the court from Democratic-appointed judges to GOP picks.
Mr. Matey, who served as deputy chief counsel to former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie during Bridgegate, was confirmed on a 54-45 vote. Sen. Joe Manchin III, West Virginia Democrat, sided with Republicans on the vote.
Mr. Matey is the third Trump nominee and seventh GOP presidential appointee on the 3rd Circuit, given them the advantage over the six judges named by Democratic presidents.
Also on Tuesday, senators overcame a Democratic filibuster on Neomi Rao, a White House official whom Mr. Trump has nominated to fill the appeals court seat left vacant by the elevation of Justice Brett M. Kavanaugh.
She advanced on a 53-46 party line vote.
Republicans cheered the moves while liberal activists complained.

Former Trump adviser Flynn asks for further sentencing delay

WASHINGTON (AP) — Former Trump administration national security adviser Michael Flynn is not ready to be sentenced yet because “there may be additional cooperation” he can offer as he tries to reduce his potential punishment, according to a court filing Tuesday night.
Flynn has been cooperating with prosecutors in Virginia in an ongoing case against two former business associates accused of illegally lobbying for Turkey. That case is scheduled for trial in July, and because of Flynn’s continued cooperation, his lawyers asked in a court filing Tuesday to be able to submit another status report in 90 days.
In the same filing, prosecutors with special counsel Robert Mueller’s office took no position on Flynn’s request for a continuance but said they viewed his cooperation as “otherwise complete.”
