CHICAGO Ever since he was a child actor growing up in a show-business family, Jussie Smolletts life blended activism with the make-believe worlds of television and movies. ..."
He spoke of his mothers closeness with the Black Panthers and prominent civil-rights leaders, and how she had encouraged Mr. Smollett and his brothers and sisters to create art and live out their beliefs. ..."
For Mr. Smollett, arts and activism were intertwined throughout his childhood.
His parents met while campaigning for civil rights in the Bay Area of California, and his mother had worked with the founders of the Black Panthers and prominent civil-rights leaders, according to a New York Times interview with Mr. Smollett in 2016.
Between child-acting gigs and press junkets that the six siblings did for their 1994 ABC sitcom, their mother, Janet Smollett, made sure the children played sports and read about figures like Malcolm X and Langston Hughes, she told The Los Angeles Times in 1994. (His family did not respond to phone or email messages.)
I know their mother, Janet, has always taught them to stand up for themselves, and for what they believe, Mr. Harris said.

Under unicorn standards guidelines, I'm sure it's entirely possible.
Smollett and Kaepernick are both half black. Funny how the half blacks (Obama comes to mind) yell the loudest about racism.
It does in the sense that it’s actually a communist vs patriot war we are in, as opposed to white people vs “black/brown militancy”, although that is precisely what the white communist left is trying to instigate.
Not only are all 3 you mentioned half black, they are also seriously half wit. :)
Of course, silly. Today anything is possible. Tomorrow your horse out in the field may decide that he is your cow and demand a place in the barn!
Boo-I-dont-give-a-$hit-hoo!
The cows live outside. Only the horses have a place in the barn, not the other way around. :-)
The pictures you have chosen for this thread shows the black/brown militancy in all it's glory. Well done!
The white leaders of the communist movement who do much of the planning and organizing hide in the background. Like with Charles Manson’s Helter Skelter they plan to use blacks as their “soldiers” (pawns) to carry out the physical part of the revolution/take over.
You have a strong background in government subversion. What’s your take on Bolshevism and the Russian revolution of 1917 as described by Solzhenitsyn?
Lol! I haven’t the foggiest idea.
Would have to look it up.
My thing is just digging up stuff on the far left and compiling it.
“”You’ve got it backwards. The cows live outside. Only the horses have a place in the barn, not the other way around.””
HA! Depends on what part of the country you’re in and the season. I grew up on a farm in upstate NY so our horses and cows were all inside in the winter. The cows were in the pasture in the summer, brought to the barn for milking, returned to the pasture but I believe the work horses were always in the stables. They were needed every morning to take the manure spreader out so even tho’ my memory is slight on particulars, I don’t believe my dad or the hired men went looking for them every morning. We had two riding horses also that were outside and we did have to plan on wasting a lot of time rounding them up to ride. Sometimes we wondered if it was even worth it...They must have been inside also in the winter but I don’t recall just where...
The work horses were HUGE, beautiful animals. My one sister told me in our later years they were Percheron and my other sister said she was wrong. What did I know - I was the “baby” sister.
Something tells me his mother has always looked like that....
Lived in CA during the events mentioned here. Angela Davis should never have seen the light of day and the thugs in the L. A. riots should have been shot on sight and law enforcement was nowhere in sight...If it hadn’t been for a Good Samaritan (black I believe), Reginald Denny would have died in the street where those black thugs beat him and left him to die. Not an ounce of shame in that community for what happened during the destruction of those city blocks!
Never could figure out why academia wanted to reward people like Davis and Ayers and his wife with jobs in universities.
Something simple minded people like the rest of us just can’t fathom - only the twisted elite are able, I guess!
Percherons are usually black, have more slender legs than other draft horses, and are sometimes used for riding.
I believe horse shows still sell Percheron hats that say ‘I love my blacks’ but I think they’re banned from the internets.
Not too much to understand. They're birds of the same (communist) feather.
I was going to add something like that - it’s not really that difficult to understand. Sure makes it hard for the rest of us to navigate the messes they create and watch them get rewarded with no doubt taxpayer funds! And the ninnies want to talk about “inequality and unfairness.” They don’t have a clue - they just know they’re entitled to their slice of the pie for being a good comrade.
Thanks. Our work horses were black and looked exactly like the first picture in these images... My dad was so proud of those horses. He worked on their harnesses to make everything shine for parades during WWII on Memorial Day and the 4th of July.. My brother told me once that they each probably weighed 1500# but again, did my siblings know anymore than I did? They were named Tom and Dick. I do remember when one was very sick and my father slept in his stall every night to keep him him from lying down - I think the vet had him in a sling.. He pulled through but my dad was a nervous wreck. I have pictures of them - without harnesses - and they do look like that first picture.

Love your last sentence but can’t imagine why anyone would complain? HA!!!! You did that so subtly.
Big Percherons easily get to 2,000 lbs.
My wife’s family used to be in the draft horse business. We still spectate at a few shows a year. A ring full of thundering 8-horse hitches is a rush.
