Schitts Creek, with Levy and O’Hara is a TV series that started out great, but the premise wore before the end. The first few episodes are a hoot, though.

ROTFL! 😆
Thank you for that link.. I remember that hilarious SCTV skit back in the day. That's Eugene Levy doing Perry "I'm Still Alive" Como, right?

Oh thanks so much for that! SCTV was better in some ways than the origial SNL. I cut my funny bones on these and Python.
So much funny came out of SCTV.

Rick Moranis’s background dancing must be noted too.

Rich Little’s impersonation. LOL. And the 5 Neat Guys. God, SCTV takes me back to a much happier, simpler time.

If one of the Saturday night channels would like to rub SNL into the dust they should just replay SCTV.

Agreed. I found SCTV more consistently amusing than SNL, even in its early years.

Well said Scarpetta. I bought one of the first DVDs to come on the market so I could tape SCTV. One skit was better than the next :)

I doubt you can find it, but Rich Little and company - Frank Gorshin et al - were very entertaining on Kopykats, early 1970s.
