Earlier this morning the wind gusts were over 50 mph here. It was so windy it woke me up very early this morning. When I went to walk my dog the wind almost took off my screen door. I guess that’s why it’s called the Windy City ;) I am 5’8” and about 108-110 pounds the wind here nearly knocked me down also earlier when I walked the dog. It’s about 25-30 mph now with an occassional burst of 50+ mph here and there. A good day to stay indoors.

We actually need the wind to dry all of the rain we've had but the problem is..will the tree roots hold our trees?....hopefully you have a pretty large dog in order to anchor you down if the winds picks up too much...LOL

I have siblings that hate President Trump and say all manner of ill against him. They call him a liar and a traitor. All I can tell them is that they are totally wrong about this great President and they should stop listening to ABC/CBS/NBC/CNN/MSNBC and just try listening to Rush or to Hannity or to Levin or come here to Free Republic and this thread. So far my pleas have fallen on deaf ears so we don’t talk about our country or government or politics. It is so sad and infuriating.

I have a cat that's around 22 pounds...LOL Hopefully not many birds are out flying today. My metal shiny tape streamers are getting tangled ...birds fly into my windows without streamers. Many people are furious about the Twitter policing....
