My eyes can’t decide if they are getting better or not. One day, they are better and I make plans to get my life back. Then the next day they are red and hurt like heck. So I curl into the fetal position and stay there.

If you like cooking, Indian Fry Bread has just 4 ingredients, and I don’t even know if you need the 4th!

Indian Fry Bread

1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp powdered milk (I’d call this one optional)
1 tsp baking powder

Sift all. Add 1/2 cup water and mix with fork until one big clump. Flour a hand and mix in all the flour. (Mix well but do not knead.) Cover and let stand 15-30 minutes. Cut into four pieces, roll into balls, and pat, stretch, and/or roll to a 5-7” diameter. Poke a hole in the center for concave tacos, or will be flat. Use 1 inch deep oil and heat until small piece of dough bubbles. Press into oil and fry each side 3-4 minutes. Keep warm up to one hour at 200° or refrigerate and reheat at 350° for 10-15 minutes.

For accidental sopapillas, I skipped poking the dough and got the oil a bit hotter. They puffed up fairly well, not into a balloon like in the mexican restaurants I went to in El Paso, but the taste was the same.

At any rate Romney ONLY thinks about Romney and his next step....that’s it. He comments like he’s still running for President regardless what’s going on around him at the moment.

We have had mexican food in Globe, before! Our great uncle lived there and we met him at a nice place there, once, for great food.

In EP....let’s see....the last time we had really good food there was at a family chain(several locations around town)....Leo’s, I believe. Not sure if they’re even there, anymore.

The ladies in Klan white are Pelosi’s dogs.....they follow her...though the new puppies irritate her she just boots them if they go too far.

What is so interesting is these ladies consistently take themselves out of the level playing field by disassociating from the men as they did at the SOTU....like teenage gals dressed up in their PJ's for a sleep-over....they scream and get all giddy because it's all about them. Frankly they're an embarrassment to women.... always trying to 'display' themselves rather than actually working to better our country.
