NEW YORK—According to a new report, unborn babies in New York have adopted a new strategy to help them stay alive under the state's barbaric new abortion laws: identifying as convicted criminals so they can't legally be executed under the state's constitution.
Since capital punishment in the state has been banned but abortion is legal pretty much whenever and however you want, unborn babies quickly formulated the survival strategy of identifying as murderers, rapists, and genocidal maniacs.
"I now identify as a serial killer indicted on five counts of murder," said one 6-month-old baby, whose mother was considering an abortion. "Therefore, under state law, I cannot be executed. Sorry, mom." "Guess you'll just have to like be a mom or something," he added, shrugging.
State leaders were blindsided by the strategy and aren't sure whether they should restrict abortion or rescind the ban on capital punishment. "We're definitely in a bit of a pickle," Governor Andrew Cuomo said. "We must respect these babies' chosen identities as serial killers, and we obviously can't perform a lethal injection on a serial killer."
"That would just be inhumane," he added, shaking his head.

Does this mean the mothers-to-be in question are therefore guilty of harboring fugitives? Will they be arrested for aiding and abetting serious felonies? Is this a deep question or a voyage into the seas of silliness? O_O

“Reproductive rights” are paramount. It’s all about a woman’s “right to choose” (to kill her unborn child). Of course the unborn child has no choice in the matter.
I posted on another thread that every person convicted of murder in New York should be releaed from prison immediately because now all they are guilty of is a slightly delayed post-partum abortion!

I pray this will backfire on the dems, and move more people pro-life. It is outrageous. No medical reasons for an abortion this late term.
NY state shouldn’t have capital punishment at all, in the womb or out. First of all, ALL state and Federal governments are inherently EVIL and should never have such a power. Especially these leftist states like NY. Secondly, they will eventually get around to using capital punishment on their political enemies and spare their allies. They can do this now by entrapping and framing their enemies (the state controls the evidence and the legal process). States like NY on on the verge of enacting more draconian anti-gun laws and so called red flag laws that will create no knock raids which inevitably result in casualties on both sides.
The only exception to capital punishment is the punishment of tyrannical bureaucrats and politicians which could only be carried out during war. This would also be the basis for a just war.
Every time I see one of these rabid abortion supporters displaying their murderous beliefs I wish their parents had supported and engage in that .
