One thing is rarely discussed about the Mexican constitution is besides being unable to vote one must be a citizen to own land and they are very restrictive about granting citizenship.Because of that a US citizen cannot have title in their name to any property in Mexico. And until that is changed the US and the affected state should consider making that reciprocal.prohibiting citizen of Mexico or countries with similar restrictions from doing so. .
I suspect that the 58,000 are being given a chance to leave, and most will be out of Texas within a week. They will carry their ‘votes’ to another state.

So many laws being broken... so many crimes being committed by the upper class... The elite..the ones in charge... are committing one crime afteranother and all we do is talk about it. chew it to death...and they keep on doing whatever they so desire with no fear.

In Mexico, only legal Mexican citizens can vote and must show a government-issued voter ID to do so.
Why are the Democrats in the US so opposed to such a national law to do the same here? (rhetorical Q)

Very good reputation as Fed Prosecutor and knowledge of law. Talked a tough line in Congress and never did anything.
Kalifornia passed ‘motor voter’ many, many moons ago, whereby when one obtains or renews the driver’s license, one is automatically registered to vote. Kalifornia then made it ‘legal’ for illegal trespassing crimigrants to have ‘legal’ driver licenses. Presto chango, illegal trespassing crimigrants get to vote! Just last week I learned that even when a person goes to the DMV for just the Kalifornia ID card, they insist you register to vote! But, it gets even better (worse). A mentally challenged woman obtained her new Kalifornia ID, and they insisted she also register. Gee, I wonder just what political party the creepozoids at the DMV chose? And how many times did she end up ‘voting’ Creepozoids All.

EVERY one of them should be arrested, should have their assets seized and should be deported immediately...never to return. These criminals are undermining our Country.
They should start running TV ads stating, if you illegally vote or register to vote, it’s automatic grounds for deportation.

The study says that the 95k presented some form of ID indicating they weren't citizens when requesting a drivers license or ID card.
It now says they have a "WEAK" (their caps in the report) match to 58k who voted from 1996 to 2018
That's 22 years and there's no idea how many of them may have become citizens over that time.
All the report really says is the counties should take a look and determine if they really were eligible voters.

The headline is that it is nationwide and that trump was right to point out voter fraud. In LA county they have 112%? of the adult citizen population registered to vote.
