The democrats have a plan to dilute down conservative voters with floods of 3rd world immigrants and its working working. And now even Trump has stopped fighting it.
Democrats getting their way on Immigration is the end of America. They will have full soviet union style monopoly on all government power in ten years or less.

Graham in a way is right(Yeah hurts to say that) there has to be another way to get the funding without causing people to be without paychecks. Im no fan of Govt workers but some of them are Republican and they need their paychecks, I just dont know how this can be done what a difference three weeks will make, the Dems will NEVER agree to wall funding

I agree with that. IF he doesn’t declare an emergency. But I see no reason he wouldn’t. It’s not like they are going to arrest him or something if it doesn’t stand up in court. There’s no real downside to trying since the libs who don’t want secure borders are going to hate him no matter what. And the declaration will allow him to truthfully say in 2020 that he did what he could.
At the end of the day, Trump only controls one of three branches of the government. We shouldn’t expect him to exceed the powers of that branch- as long as he declares the emergency I will support him and live with whatever the courts decide. That’s how our system works, and it’s bigger than today’s news cycle.
I support my president 1000%. It’s not over until it’s over and it isn’t over my friend.

He won it. Didn’t back down on wall. Government workers will get their backpay and pay for at the next three weeks.
Now the workers will be happy but will fear their pay being stopped in three weeks. If their pay is stopped again I think the Democrats will get more of the blame.
Meanwhile Trump will now give the State of the Union speech in the House chamber. Odds are that will help Trump.
Also, in his speech today Trump gave a very good case for the wall.

Declaring a national emergency will be slapped with a permanent injunction by a district judge within an hour of it’s proclamation. Will take months to get it to the USC, and it’s not a sure bet that they would lift it.

I believe that judicial overreach has come to the point where the President should pull an Andy Jackson. Tell the court they have no jurisdiction, if they want to stop it, they can send their army to do so.
When the courts ruled against Obungo's gulf oil drilling moratorium he ignored them for 6 months and no one could do a thing about it. The point is, just build it.

This is all way too important not to keep the pressure up.
Trump did not cave. It’s only an opening for few weeks. After that the shutdown will resume because Democrats will not negotiate and will not give us the wall.
This way the government workers will be paid in full.
It makes Trump look reasonable and democrats look crazy.

Yup. Those are the facts on the ground. After 8 years of marxist maoists and muslims in charge of the executive branch, for all intents and purposes, the fed govt has been overthrown. Now they’re aiding and abetting the foreign invasion of the U.S.
