i often get us mail flyers offering cash for my home.
the people all seem (no exceptions) to be white anglo saxon married couples.
i personally know of exactly zero white anglo saxon couples with enough money to buy my home.
so who are these white anglo saxon couples with money to burn and who just happen to take interest in buying my home??
My wife and I decided when we got married that we would not use credit and pay cash for everything.
We pay cash for houses. We pay cash for everything.
We drove junkie old cars because that’s what we could afford. We shopped at thrift and second hand stores.We purchased a repossessed house that needed a lot of work and did the renovation ourselves. All while raising three daughters and working.
It takes a while (10 years or so) to save the money but once you get the first house bought then you have the built in equity for the second house after you sell it.
Debit free living is actually a very smart thing to do.
i forgot to add that i live in the sf bay area.

They might simply represent an ‘investor’ who, in my estimation is probably someone like Blackrock or the likes of Warren Buffett, Bill Gates, Mike Bloomberg, etc.
I believe the plan is to engineer a collapse in the US economy and financial system, causing a deep depression and buying up everything for pennies on the dollar.
The typical American family will no longer be able to afford their home so they sell, then rent instead of own.
I am not predicting this, nor do I want to see it happen. Just I think this is part and parcel of the NWO plan.

I personally know 3-4 people who buy houses with cash, they are in the property rental business, however, they will make 20-30 offers and hope to get ONE accepted. They will offer only 40-60% of market price in hopes that someone is in financial trouble and needs to sell. They will put some amount of money into the property fixing things, rent it for a 2-3 years and wait for long term capital gains to kick in and sell it for a profit....one of the guys routinely owns 30-50 houses at a time....
Hispanics in Tampa. Illegals house-flipping and selling to other illegals. They learn fast. And have all that cash from Uncle Sugar. Real estate brokers now display shingles with weird face pics and names that are un-pronounceable. Also Muslims. Eastern Europeans. We’ve got them all down here.

Not sure who, bit there will probably be a lot less of them if the damn wall gets built.
It’s Chinese buyers. My realtor friends here in SoCal have been talking about this for years. All cash offers and sometimes above the listing price. Usually the better neighborhoods.
Someone in the construction industry told me just last week that developers have been approaching Saudi investors to get them to purchase houses. I guess Americans will only be able to rent in LA-OC soon.

They are very sharp traders. They target and qualify people who are in desperate circumstances and "motivated to sell". That quick cash price usually turns out to be substantially less than the open market value of the property.

If not, then you do not know who these people are.
Are you just getting flyers or did you get any actual letter specifically referring to your property?
These are important questions/considerations.
If they are just flyers, then it could be anyone and they have no obligation whatsoever, just checking out the market.
I would not get overly optimistic about it.
alot of us dont use capital letters or punctuation at all cuz of how it irritates some people
