A federal judge has ruled that the $350 million misconduct lawsuit, filed by Trump ally Jerome Corsi against Robert Mueller, will move forward. On Thursday, Judge Richard Leon ordered Corsi's case against Mueller to be randomly assigned to another judge. Corsi, a longtime associate of former Trump campaign advisor Roger Stone, is suing Mueller, the Justice Department, and others, for $350m over prosecutorial misconduct, leaking confidential information to press, and unconstitutional surveillance.

"And if he loses guess who pays?" Good point. But, maybe the responsibility belonging to the deep state will be recognized by the public.

This ruling could be considered a loss, because Klayman, Corsi’s lawyer, was trying to get the case heard by Judge Leon. The judge ruled against that and said it needs to go the route of random selection of a judge to hear the case.

The new judge graduated from Wellesley in 1970. Hillary graduated in 1969.
Nuff said.

    Headline is #FakeNews clickbait!!

Judge Leon did not "back" (support) the Corsi lawsuit in any way, he merely decided that HE would not be the judge to decide whether it moves forward or NOT. The next hearing, with a randomly assigned judge, is the first critical hearing. As the article states (undermining the clickbait headline):

"There is a possibility it could be dismissed at the next hearing."

I saw no clear reference to s motion to dismiss decision. In fact the judge ruled he could not be the judge to hear the case. Highly unlikely he did that after making an important decision in the case.

Judge Leon is on ‘Senior Staus’ (mostly retired). Failed attempt by Corsi to get around the normal legal process.
