Been looking briefly for information on the young journalist who died of flu/menegitis..

1. was she in a coma?
2. Did her fiancé make it in time to see her alive?
3. Pretty sure an autopsy will be performed.

Sad sad case. Perhaps natural/unfortunate and perhaps not . Will we ever know the truth?

FREE health care is VERY expensive, and mediocre quality. They do, however, do a good job when it could be life threatening. For anything else (knee replacement for example) you wait until they can take you. I think our tax freedom day is about 3 months after yours, so there’s your “free” health care.

Wow, Obamacare has some far reaching consequences, doesn’t it?

Oh yeah, people are paying in socialist countries, they just don’t see it. My family in Italy all live in small apartments except for one “rich” aunt that has a house. Many of my cousins - in their 40’s - still live with their parents because they can get jobs that pay well enough to afford their own apartment. The only cousin doing well, by those standards, inherited my grandmother’s apartment plus got a good job with the police department. She hates the job, but can’t do anything else without risking it all.

But they love their “free” healthcare and education!!

My trip to DC was a whirlwind trip, so much to see and do.

Got there Sunday night, Monday helped prepare dinner for my dinner party, dinner for 8, mostly woman from the Hill that I have known for 10 years, hadn’t seen them all for about 4 years, fun dinner and delicious.

Tuesday went to the Capital and had a private tour.
Rode the train that Congress and Senate members ride, beautiful carvings on walls along the way.

Had a tour of the Lindy Bogg suite, so beautiful and to think it used to be a storage room.

It is in Statuary Hall right behind the Barry Goldwater statue.

Saw the House Chapel, they have a beautiful stained glass window. Went on the Speakers porch, came through the doors the President walks through to get sworn in.View down the mall is amazing.

Got to sit in the House, saw how they voted and how votes are displayed.
So much fun and so interesting.
Then off to Georgetown, to shop, eat and get a haircut.
Next day he White House, totally awesome.

Trump has made the liberals of both parties show their true selves, and it is UGLY.
