There are only two more weekends of regular season NFL play after this weekend. However, for many teams Week 15 has become Weak 15, as many fans have once again decided to stay home.
If the reaction of the fans is any indication, the most ridiculed team of the league for attendance this weekend is the Cincinnati Bengals. Many fans took to Twitter to comment on the sparse attendance at Cincys Paul Brown Stadium, when Oakland Raiders came to town:

Yes, and it is dumb to schedule conference games this late.
The schedulers are stupid......................
LOL!
Maybe they should have a Texas Chainsaw style match to see who gets first draft picks...................
Scheduling games to be played ONLY on pay TV isn’t helping them, either.
Many lifelong loyal fans cannot watch because they are on Soc Sec & cannot pay for high priced TV.
Who can’t get excited about guys lavishly praising themselves for doing what they were paid for doing.
I havent watched any NFL game this year or last except for incidental contact which I try to avoid as well. I dont know if they are kneeling or not and Im not trying to find out. I actually am now only interested in making them regret doing it in the first place. I am but one but we are many.
That's a big one right there. At least I know a soccer match is only going to take at most, 2 hours.
There’s no integrity in the NFL anymore. Aside from the jackass off field behavior of the players they all act like they are God’s gift to the game as they preen and prance after every tackle made or pass broken up.

Soldier Field again looked full...I haven’t been able to find a panoramic view of yesterday’s crowd.
My Packers is out, so I’m looking forward to NASCAR and Red Sox season starting...and of course, Hockey...
A buddy of mine sent me a photo of he and his nephew at the Falcons game. He lives in the Phoenix area and is a Cardinals fan.
I didn’t have the heart to ask him: Why?
Is this before the game or during?
I don't know, but he gave the entire NFL Colin cancer. Diagnosis: terminal.
Put all the players in one city. Stream the games. Call the teams by nicknames instead of cities. Let viewers vote on trades and coaches. Online gambling as you watch the games. In games that are irrelevant let piers vote on plays. Have the cheerleader strip for premium viewers.
Robot referees, no replays the robots can cover what the cameras cover now. Premium charge no commercials. Pay college players and have them sign pro contracts after 2 years and stay in college.
Players get payed by fan vote and performance.
The MLS-Champion Atlanta United soccer team outdraws the Falcons.
Over 17 home games vs 7 for the Falcons.
Avg per game attendance for soccer was ~53K, while footbal drew ~73K.

Not sure about yesterday’s attendance in Pittsburgh, but the first 6 home games had an average of 5,000 empty seats each (attendance average of 63,300 versus a capacity of 68,300); 92.7% capacity.
92.7% sounds pretty good until you realize that there was a “25 year waiting list” for tickets just 10 years ago, and season tickets generally pass from generation to generation via Last Will and Testament around these parts.
Wait a year or so until Big Ben retires and this is a 7 and 9 to 9 and 7 team and the attendance percentage will crash into the 80’s or even 70’s.
The ‘Badwill’ towards the NFL (although not the Steelers in particular) around here is pretty heavy. Although most here in the “Trump Country” that surrounds the city itself have compartmentalized their love of the Steelers and the 40+ year Sunday ‘tradition’ of Steelers football; separately away from their hate towards the NFL, interest has slid noticeably, way out of proportion to the team’s lower performance on the field from a 13ish win team to a 9ish win team.
