No one wants to talk about it.
That wont fix it though it is helpful
Talk to your doctor
Haven’t had my popsicle yet today!
Viagra is now available generic but has been for a while (over a year) but you had to be smart and have your doc do a script for revatio. Cost per dose about $1.75 vs $40 + for viagra. If it “no workee” it may work. If it “workee like old man” it will work like you are 20 again. If it “workee like randy old goat” you will put an eye out and injure your wife.
Go to goodrx.com and use their coupon to get the really low price.
My doc (Heart Surgeon) says viagra is the most effective.
This was told to me by someone for whom no pill or herb could help. It’s a device called the “elator” (sp?) which is probably sold online somewhere.
Shop vac works fine.
Be careful.
I have a friend that used it. As a direct result he had a non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy event and lost all of the sight in his right eye.
Basically, he had an optic stroke. A blood clot blocked blood flow to the optic nerve in his eye and the nerve died.
There are a couple of class action lawsuits about this. Its rare but it happens.
Excuse me sir.
Why are you sitting on your front porch tonight without any pants on?
Well, last night I sat out here without a shirt on and woke up with a stiff neck.
Your doctor can prescribe this in generic form made for pulmonary hypertension
It comes in 20mg so youd take five usually to equal one 100 mg Viagra
Its also usually made by a first world nation and reliable
I have bought it for about two bucks per 100mg dose
Name brand viagra is nuts...30-50 bucks a pill ....outrageous
Most self insured like me with Blue Cross or UHC dont have ED coverage in our insurance ...mine is 1283 per month for family of five....before Obamacare it was 450/month
Cialis is very effective but expensive I have yet to see a true generic but there may be one
Levitra makes both heads throb...expensive
After two decades of heart crap from a congenital abnormality and a heart attack last Christmas which almost did me in .....I had in April in Chicago , experimental heart catheterization thru multiple entry.... primary and collateral arteries which resulted in a three inch stent and doubled my ejection fraction to nearly 60 which is normal for first time since the 80s
Which means I rarely need ED drugs anymore....I noticed that right away...morning wood and dreams too
I still keep the generic viagra form for the rare date night just in case
For folks with severe ED like from prostate removal or severe diabetes or nerve damage and some paralysis they make an injection called Tri Mix...
Its a high initial cost but cheap per dose like a buck a dose
They make tiny needles that are relatively painless
And result in a ball peen hammer erection....itll scare an unseasoned gal.
One of my best pals had a complete prostrate removal at 52 and found this stuff. His wife is 35 and drop dead hot.....he was looking into the pump when he found this....and he swears by it
He gave me a couple doses in a tiny 31 gauge insulin needle after my heart attack when nitro made viagra verboten for me
Let me tell ya...that little prick (har har)to inject was worth it and then some
But dont over do it....priapism is not fun so I hear
Anyhow for folks who need it ED drugs are important and for their marriages
Women need sex too contrary to scolds here
Disclosing personal info here opens you up so get prepared cause some a hole will likely use it against you when it suits them
Revatio first line of defense
Tri Mix which can be bought online with online doc interview is the final option
Just my two cents
Testosterone is sex drive more than erectile capability
But youre right
A great urologist is the stop for ED help
Youre a LaLane
Have you tried any of those?
I did
Look men
Its all in your head
Try giving your woman a nice massage first
Its NOT about YOU buddy. Its about HER
GET IT ? Got it ? Good !
Korean Red Ginseng helps tremendously, for BOTH Men & Women. My Wife loves it too. try it!

Cialis works but not as strong as Viagra....the daily Cialis was next to useless but the regular dose worked most of the time...IMO, Viagra is the best bet.
What ever happened to topical alprostadil? That would be the holy grail and I can’t understand why it’s not on the market.
Viagra works, but can give me a headache. Usually don’t need the whole pill, cut it in half. I take a couple 200 mg ibuprofen with it to limit the headache.
I have some Cialis samples, but they are the 24 hour ones, which means I have a stuffy nose for 24 hours.
Levitra seemed to work about the same as Viagra, but with perhaps a worse headache.
Tell the original poster. His doc should know his pros and cons
Much ED is diabetes related.
Ive in the past done catalog and website work for nutraceutical companies and I felt compelled to try them in order to write decent sales copy. So Ive tried a lot of it and at least in healthy males they do have a pretty noteworthy effect, like being in jr high and having to hide an inconvenient boner lol. So, I stopped. But I have made mental note of the ones that really did right by me, for it and when that day comes.
Caution against long-term use, among other things:
Side Effects & Safety
Eurycoma longifolia [aka TONGKAT ALI] is POSSIBLY SAFE when taken by mouth in medicinal amounts for up to 9 months. Eurycoma longifolia is POSSIBLY UNSAFE when used orally in large amounts. Some Eurycoma longifolia supplements from Malaysia have been found to contain mercury or lead. A drug used to treat erectile dysfunction known as sildenafil (Viagra) has also been found in some Eurycoma longifolia supplements. Taking too much Eurycoma longifolia might cause mercury or lead poisoning or other side effects.”
“There are concerns about the quality and safety of products containing Eurycoma longifolia due to potential contamination with heavy metals. One study shows that 17% of Eurycoma longifolia products in Malaysia contain high levels of lead (17925). Another study shows that 36% of these products contain high levels of mercury.”
Quality control concerns as late as 2017:

If you are being treated for blood pressure or diabetes and/or taking other herbal/pharmacological compounds, careful:
“These results support the suggestion by the World Health Organization that a combination of ingredients should be considered as herbal medicine of uncertain safety and also regards this product as a new substance where safety data are then required.”

“E. longifolia extract is commonly consumed as a herbal medicine or dietary supplement for its various pharmacological effects. Therefore, it is likely to be coadministered with prescription or conventional drugs, particularly in patients with chronic diseases such as diabetes mellitus, hypertension, and other cardiovascular diseases. Considering the present results and those previously reported in the literature, coadministration of E. longifolia products and conventional drugs requires careful attention”

I’ve looked into this stuff. Personally, I refuse to poison myself intentionally. Getting all the crap in food is bad enough. I got my health back, but not my youth.
There’s a lesson in there for all males.
