Be careful.
I have a friend that used it. As a direct result he had a non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy event and lost all of the sight in his right eye.
Basically, he had an optic stroke. A blood clot blocked blood flow to the optic nerve in his eye and the nerve died.
There are a couple of class action lawsuits about this. It’s rare but it happens.
