The issue with the reveal ratio is if too much too fast, what would the collateral damage be? Collapse governments, drive people crazy, topple religious worldviews, plunge the world into a deep depression, or worse, a world war where life would cease to exist, or at best, crawl out of a hole into a Mad Max type world.
