The title is made up by someone on that particular Q archive site (qmap.pub). The titles are mostly relevant, however they are not accurate to what Q actually posted on 8chan. Many here ignore their made up titles for that reason and only use the drop number and actual drop text for reference in discussion.

Otherwise, it's a great resource and is organized well, is safe of 8chan links (which our site owner forbids), is searchable, and it also archives the President's tweets as those are often relevant to Q drops.

One year later, on the same date, Mueller recommends little to no jail time for Flynn.

The derps (according to DU spies) are sure this means that Flynn is cooperating with Mueller and ratting out Trump people. Mueller sure made it look like Flynn was snitching in his memo.
Other, more sane people, picked up on the fact that it's been reported that Flynn was interviewing with other factions in the DOJ on totally separate cases. This could well be anti-derp investigations, which we are now aware of.
It probably wasn't such a good idea to for Mueller to put Flynn in an "on the record" state of mind. Boomerang?

He then goes into a discussion of the coincidence of Huber's scheduled Clinton Foundation testimony (D5) with the date of the Bush State funeral (D5) and how the funeral scuttled Huber AND other scheduled testimonies (Lynch, Comey among them).
He then mentions that the derp media, led by the CIA's Washington Post, is coming at Q hard.
Those of us who see clearly the nature of this shadow war, understand quite correctly that this all ties together, and that the Bush funeral was a counter-move by the derp state, no matter how or when you believe he died.
The last word in the post remains a puzzlement, and the Oracle has seen no reportage on it.
