That 10:30 thing is interesting....I was not able to discern a definite pattern on the Qlock, but I went back to look at the Qlock where we were asked to learn where the clock “ends.”
As far as I could see, it was not 10:30, but 11:30 where it “ends” ..... of course, it could be 11:30 Eastern time and that would make it 10:30 Central..... :-D
