T.M. Landry College Preparatory School in Lousiana made headlines with a series of viral videos showing their students reacting to news that theyd been accepted to Ivy League Universities.
But a new report from The New York Times has exposed the dark underbelly of the school that once boasted a 100-percent college acceptance rate.
According to the report, transcripts were doctored and extracurricular activities were invented. Students were encouraged to lie about their family situations in order to make their successes appear even more dramatic. And students and teachers alike described a culture of abuse that was widespread.

Blacks telling lies to self-promote? Surely you jest, for the mere thought is racist, white supremacy and evil. We all know that this article is completely false. /s
Facts remain facts. And to paraphrase Thomas Jefferson:There is no greater injustice than the equal treatment of unequal people.
What difference does it make?
Black Privilege
Just east of Lafayette, La.
Some students were forced to kneel down on grains of rice.
A few did this for up to two hours!
Child abuse!!! Alarms loudly ringing! Didn’t anybody hear those alarms? Were they threatened to keep quiet?
If SAT scores still counted, they would never get away with this crap.
Louisiana School Made Headlines for Sending Black Kids to Elite Colleges. Heres the Reality.
That explains why the Ivy League is such a disaster.
Sounds like a bunch of tokens.
Like the cheating scandal in Atlanta Public Schools. Those educators went to prison. Where these teachers need to go. Same for all these students.

They count a lot - in fact, tell me that and show me your FAFSA and I can predict your acceptances very accurately - if youre white.
Who is he?
That hair, tho’.
One of the early black Mouskateers?
I read the NYT article which stated that some whites and asians had enrolled their kids, and that those kids were often pitted against each other by race because Landry thought it made them better students. It’s basically a BS Montessori type school where the kids can come and go to class as they please.
“They (SAT scores) count a lot”
Well, when they juice them for minorities, they might as well not count. And now they’re even dropping the essay question...which was a lot harder to juice.

I thought this was a very sad article, especially when you heard the stories of the parents, who had worked very hard to send their kids to this non-school.
But they almost all said that they didnt like or trust whites, and they were shocked that another black person would do this to them. One of the sad things about the black community is that they will vote for or trust people solely on the basis of race. Obama did nothing for blacks but they loved him; the horrible Gillum in Florida was corrupt to his eyebrows and would have done nothing for blacks, but he was a hero to them, etc.
Its not only blacks who do this, of course; Florida is full of immigrant neighborhoods where the biggest predators are members of that group, such as the Haitians who run one scam after another on each other. And then of course, we have hideous creatures like Bernie Madoff, who preyed on other wealthy Jews who even went to the same synagogue...because they simply couldnt believe that one of their own would do this to them.
People of any color or background have got to get over this type of thinking, because all it does is mark them out as sheep ready for the shearing by the unscrupulous.
boy did i have egg on my face when i checked off black on my application and got accepted to the college of my choice.
it rained the first day of freshman year and the blackface came right off :(
You might be confusing this with Waldorf, which I have found to be hippy dippy on steroids.
