I have a friend who lives in the Chicago area, whose wife taught sanctuary illegal from South America how to speak English in a federal program funded by the Magic Negro’s federal programs.
She contracted some weird form of viral meningitis from an illegal alien who entered the country with no medical checks, or health care. She was in bed for over a year and nearly lost her life, now semi crippled she still has to take steroids, all puffed up just to live.
Many illegal aliens are carriers of the enteroviruses that cause mennigitus but you won’t hear a peep about it in the news.
A 2014 enterovirus D68 outbreak began in California and spread throughout the country by migratory South American farm workers, but you won’t hear t6hat ub the news either.

There are plenty of people in the health care industry who know about disease epidemics rampant in the midwest that can be vectored right to "guest workers" and "asylum seekers," but they clam up real tight about it or get vague PDQ when pressed. There have been many instances in this area when a teacher and one or two students are all that show up for a grade school class because the rest of the kids are all down with "something" that won't go away for weeks.
"Flu-like symptoms" "viral infection of some sort" and "it's going around" meet "nothing to see here." One wonders if the various bleeding-heart HC industry associations issue instructions on how to obfuscate.
