A Bangladeshi refugee, who raped a 16-year-old high-school girl in France, has been acquitted by the court due to “different cultural norms,” according to reports.
The refugee, who attended the same school as his victim in the French city of Saint-Lô, was also charged with sexually assaulting another young girl in 2015.
The attorney contended that the defendant possessed “different cultural norms,” which led to a "misunderstanding" of how the girl dressed, her behavior and looks.

The government in France is no longer securing the rights of its citizens that it was instituted to protect. It should lose both the consent of the governed and the corresponding just powers. When governments no longer do their jobs, chief among which is protecting the people from predators, it's time to replace those governments.
Rape is among the most evil of all crimes. Government is supposed to protect the innocent against such a horrific crime, or failing in that responsibility at least to punish the guilty. When government fails by choice and not merely through inept performance, that should be a decisive signal to citizens.
It's pathetic that the French are rioting over gas taxes (while still voting for bog, globalist government) and not over this insanity in their courts. Perhaps soon they will remember why France was once great and choose to stand up as adults and protect their children.
