A Bangladeshi refugee, who raped a 16-year-old high-school girl in France, has been acquitted by the court due to “different cultural norms,” according to reports.
The refugee, who attended the same school as his victim in the French city of Saint-Lô, was also charged with sexually assaulting another young girl in 2015.
The attorney contended that the defendant possessed “different cultural norms,” which led to a "misunderstanding" of how the girl dressed, her behavior and looks.

In other words, because of “cultural norms” and all that, it’s now the official position of the French (and probably entire EU) judicial system that Muslims and other Third World immigrants have license to rape. If you made something like this up for a dystopian political satire 20-30 years ago, readers would have thought it was too far-fetched to be believable, but here we have it in real time.

I wonder how many more norms of modern society in France or laws does this animal also not understand. Should we also expect or even demand the crazy countries that produce such cultural differences to respect and be tolerant of our norms.

Well, I read an article a year or two ago about a French mother who’s 10-yr-old son was raped in a public pool by such a person, and she felt sorry for the immigrant when he was caught. . .the breakdown of the family is really happening in many places. I don’t know if the boy had a live-in father. . .married parents is almost too much to ask for these days.

What makes you think that France is a "western nation"? Aside from a few random people there that have some semblance of a brain, France is a 2nd world nation and dropping fast, if you ask me!
If that were my daughter I would pay the judge a visit...with the immigrant of course and ask if I could introduce him to his wife and daughters and nieces....
