As for the Wapo article, since they seem to intimate that the Pittsburgh Synagogue murders were right-wing, despite the accused gunman calling out Trump for his ties to Israel, I doubt the accuracy of this study.
I’d say it comes straight out of the Joseph Goebbels’ school of propaganda.
There are references to a study, that is not publicly available, has not been peer reviewed, and whose methods and conclusions are not open to discussion.

Honestly, to the left, anyone who is a “climate change denier” is guilty of mass murder, even genocide. Even while this contradicts all their real efforts to eliminate population.
To the left, anyone who would own a gun, or even present a gun to keep a crime from happening, or defend one’s self or family, is a violent person, and there are many incidents of this every year.
Anyone who would try to defend the life of an innocent unborn child from excruciating pain and dismemberment, and the sale of their body parts, is guilty of crime against women and humanity.
Anyone who is either not homosexual, or does not champion homosexuality and fight against Christianity, is committing emotional violence and “hate crimmes” against those who have “learned” or fully accepted homosexuality, regardless of science.
If you are not a socialist, you hate entire left-wing designated demographics, keeping those demographics down, and perpetuating violence among them.

They must create a narrative. No one has any clue what “right wing violence” looks like, but WaPo is there to tell you that this dangerous bogeyman does indeed exist.
Americans simply don’t realize - much US media is no different in its actions and methods than Russian Pravda or China People’s Daily.

The goal of the Left-wing has always been to control narratives, to control the beliefs and actions of society. It has always depended on the ability to redefine, rewrite history, redesignate vocabulary, and through this power, to be able to segregate and divide society, and thereby coerce the destruction of democratically elected parliamentary governments.
Many well meaning and educated conservatives, have fallen into the Lefts myriad of traps, and psyops campaigns.

Historically, fascism and communism are both rooted in, and dependant on humanism. The belief that God does not exist, truth does not exist, moral boundaries cannot exist, the ever shifting morality of man represents the highest of evolutionary development, and because God does not exist, man must be subject to man.
As well, historically, both Hitler and Mousolini espoused and perpetuated all the militant works of humanist and socialist authors from the mid 1800’s going all the way up to their time. And after taking charge of their governments, demanded strict adherence across society to the same. Mousolini actually headed up the strongest socialist organization in Italy, and as everyone should know, Hitler lead the National Socialist (NAZI) Party of Germany.
Additionally, the real higherarchy of the NAZI party were also examples of Austria’s finest “learned” homosexuals, who while sometimes having wives and families, also made it a sport to roind up and rape young boys. Later, they were so warped, it would become a sport to torture and kill less enthusiastic homosexuals.
Besides the evolutionary humanism, and hatred for Jews, this is one of the reasons the NAZI party also targeted “Christian’s”.
They were both socially far left-wing, and politically far lef-wing.
Communist were also evolutionary humanist, anti Christian, and saw socialism as a foundation of communism. They too, demanded comformity to humanism and socialism, and nearly erradicated Christianity.
In both cases, the Humanist Manifesto’s I and II, represented the fundamental belief system, of fascist and communist.
Both fascism and communism were atheistic, and both prolifically espoused authors such as Engles and Marx. Both were totalitarian, and dependant on central control of all resources for government redistribution, and both were dependant on nationalization of all land. Elimination of land ownership is absolutely fundamental to both. People become like cattle or sheep, to be hearded as a resource.
D’Souza is fundamentally and historically correct in identifying fascist as being national socialist, and communist as being accurately defined as international socialist, or global in the makeup of government.
Both Fascism and Communism represent hard left-wing centralized totalitarian government structures, and fundamentally depend on erradicating all individuality in society. Practically speaking, this means the elimination of Christianity especially. Individual responsibility to a God goverent cannot control cannot be allowed.
What the western media/press and academia have been doing for at least a few generations, is brainwashing society to set up violence against conservatives, by trying to rebrand conservatism as fascist.
They now exactly what they are doing.
They hate conservatives, Christianity, our Constitution, and an independent America that much. Because a true totalitarian global government cannot exist with an independent United States!
In the minds of the wolves who are driving this, the goal of a centealized authoritarian goverent has never been closer, and they cannot stop until until independent minded, liberty loving, America loving voters are erradicated.
The way to do this is redefining conservatives as fascist.
Love of country, or nationalism, or patriotism, now equals fascism!
