I’m glad you didn’t do that treatment in the summer then, if sunlight is an issue. Hopefully it did the trick for you, no matter the side effects. After having so much pain with my arms, I figured nothing really matters but our health. That old saying is correct!
OLDIES NIGHT>>>>>
I think that is an excellent idea.. any day during the week.. we never know if any day will be jam packed with events etc.
You can be uncharge and the DJ..I am sure there are other DJs who will pitch in.
Maybe we can start with day one of this with POTUS favorites. (we know a few from his rallies)
LOVE it.. thanks for being innovative
My arms are slightly better today, so maybe there is something to that dry needling. I figure I have 5 hours of added pain, and then about 5 hours of back to where I was, and then the pain starts reducing from there. I was able to sleep through the night last night and even woke up with my elbows bent and didn’t care, because they didn’t hurt! At least not much. Trying to take it easy today but I will do some gentle stretches and have an arm massage at 1.
So, since I now have hope for my future I am making fun plans in my head just to keep me motivated and hopeful. I am looking up apartments to rent in Venice plus figuring out a map in my head to take a road trip to California.
I’m thinking from here, East Tennessee, I drive to San Angelo and go have delicious country fried steak with Rusty. And then I pick her up and we drive to Arizona to see LG. And then from there I go to Bakersfield to see my son, pick him up along with daughter-in-law and grandbaby, and go have sourdough bread in San Francisco. And then I’m envisioning me and Rusty in the car loaded with sourdough bread so we can’t even see out the windows or rear view mirror coming back :-)
If there’s any other freepers on the way, that would be awesome! This trip is probably several years in the planning, seeing how my healing is going one step forward one step back and maybe an inch forward all together.
And then we have to figure out how to get to Maine... I think mr. Behavin was going to cook for us right?
Good morning!!
Speaking of the border, 7 out of 10 Mexicans are not happy with this “caravan”.
Can you imagine this was reported on NBC?
FTA:Seven in ten Mexicans reportedly have a negative view of Central American migrants in the caravan while majorities oppose giving migrants work visas and support tougher enforcement measures, according to a comprehensive poll conducted by one of Mexicos biggest newspapers, El Universal.
NBC News on Monday evening reported the results of Sundays El Universal survey that found that a majority of Mexicans also support blocking migrants from entering the country without legal documents and another 55 percent support tougher measures on future caravans.
You’re welcome.
Looking forward to the “Special” that will showcase all of our 1st Lady’s hard work.
If anyone hears anything about this please post.
Good morning, Jane. I sprinkle a little sugar on it and add milk..
Awesome! I’m glad you like it :-) add to the details as you wish. I’m sure you know great places to go in Northern California.
All I saw was a Yahoo headline blasting her for doing this while we are having a crisis. I can’t read their stories I just delete stuff as fast as I can.
What crisis? The economy is booming, Americans are finally being treated as important, and we are not at work. And we are actually protecting our Southern border for a change! I think we are in an anti crisis.
How did you guess? ;-)
WONDERFUL that you are doing much better today.
Praying the healing continues so don’t over do it, OK?
What a fun road trip and I would be so happy to have you and Rusty come visit.
We will even fit in going to see our mutual friend, if you didn’t he probably would never forgive me.
I meant to say someone takes extra. I must have mumbled at the word.
I figured that, since he is now prone to even taking the dishes!
Oh yes, it would be great to see Bubba! That is a must do. And I have to see your pet foxes as well.
LOL, that would be fun. Depending on how much time we have we could go through Death Valley to get there. I love Death Valley. And I love the giant sequoias in the Sierras. And of course the giant redwoods in the North. So many options!
We just have to realize that whatever the 1st Family does, each and every one of them, they will be criticized.
The “crisis” is that these lying buffoons who write these stories still have a job.
I refuse to click on and read stories from many sources, don’t need the aggravation.
Exactly, I figured if she didn’t do anything, then they would criticize her for not having the Christmas spirit. I’m so glad both she and her husband just forge ahead, doing what they know is right. They are not at the whim of public opinion, which isn’t even public opinion but a few rabid journalist.

Wonderful! This is the first time ever that anyone has proposed not taking them in and letting Mexico have them. So Mexico gets to suffer the consequences of its decisions. It’s about time!
