I don’t think we are being spoofed, however it is obvious that the entire fence is not as secure as the section in POTUS’ tweet. Hopefully the whole fence will be covered in wire soon. It seems to me that the part of the fence in the tweet is closer to & even going into the water. Whereas the portion in the press conference is further away from the water leading to onshore. The secretary looks to be on higher ground and very close to the road leading to the beach. In CA, that beach access road would generally end at the very beginning of the beach leading down from the land above.

I have to believe that if there was any discrepancy between the tweet & reality would be widely reported & criticized by the media.
