So it came to me while I was half asleep last night ... this should be the headline across the internet and news media...

Dems Flip Elections Across the Country using Provisional Ballots

So they are not “finding votes” they are adding in these highly questionable provisional ballots in race after race and in some cases going to court to force the inclusion of ballots that had previously been legally rejected. This should focus our efforts to fight this “fraud” on a few major areas.

First of all, someone at DHS or the RNC needs to go before a judge and order the preservation of ALL Provisional ballots nationwide.

Second, we need to gather information on these “funny” ballots and how many were cast this year compared to previous elections. I suspect with those numbers you will find the “record turnout” Dems have been bleating about.

Third, someone in a position of authority needs to go through these preserved ballots and find out how many are legal, how many are illegal, and which were counted.

It’s my belief that once we look at this across the board, we would find that “the blue wave” was created by systemic ballot box stuffing across the country.

This also explains why in race after race, contests that were led by republicans ALL flipped to Democrat and not one race went the other way. It is they who encouraged illegal voters to cast these provisional ballots or possible even they were “submitted” by election workers themselves. No one knows from where and from whom they came.

We've been hearing about this issue with provisional ballots for years, and reflexively assume that "cheating" is going on. We went through a lot of discussions here in 2016 when the post-election recounts were going on in Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania.

The biggest misconception among a lot of Freepers was that there must be large-scale Democrat voter fraud simply because Democrat vote totals consistently grow when recounts and canvassing is done. There's actually a very simple reason for this. Most of the votes added to the totals after Election Day are the result of provisional ballots that were cast on or before Election Day but not counted in the initial totals. There are generally two reasons why a provisional ballot is accepted but not immediately counted:

1. The voter showed up at the wrong polling location, ands therefore wasn't listed among the registered voters there.

2. The voter didn't complete the ballot correctly, so there was a legitimate question about whether it was a valid ballot.

Just think about those two items there, and you can see why it's always DEMOCRAT vote totals that grow as these provisional ballots are counted:

1. A person is more likely to show up at the wrong polling place in an urban area where these polling locations are often just a few blocks apart. Voters in these cities tend to be overwhelmingly Democrat.

2. In the case of #2, just ask yourself if someone who isn't intelligent enough to complete a ballot correctly is more likely to be: (A) a Republican, or (B) a Democrat. I'll let that one speak for itself.

Bingo, but in states where Republicans have the majority they have to tighten up on these provisional ballots, also these “So Called” over/under votes. In the day of VID the Dems have switched to vote by mail/e-mail, provisional, as well as over & under voting.

While it has been a number of years since I worked as a judge inside a precinct, here is how provisional voting is supposed to work under my state’s laws.

Voter shows up on election day. It is determined that voter is not listed in the precinct. After it is determined that voter does not belong in that precinct, voter can ask to vote provisionally. This includes filling out a ballot, put in a sealed envelope, name, address, signed. These ballots go to election headquarters where they are supposed to be verified (name, address, etc) as a properly registered voter on the county rolls. That is the legitimate way.

However, there is a way to systematically stuff the ballot box with provisional ballots. Since I am out of time to explain how that could happen, I’ll check back later to see if someone explains this, or if anyone shows an interest. Suffice it to say, for such a scheme to work, it would require a well organized conspiracy to commit voter fraud.

I do not think they can drive any new vote numbers into Broward that are not currently in the building.The perimeter is under 24/7 surveillance now. They are stuck with trying to re-certify illegally cast votes. They have not even begun to count and they are pushing it to the nth hour. They appear to be going through the motions, promising to meet the deadline. But in the end, I predict they will fail to meet the deadline and the existing count will stand, per state law.

SOE Snipes fraud is already co-mingled in the ballots ....that means they risk getting busted by unexplainable irregularities if the recount proceeds, and is completed. (Note, an audit will be forthcoming and the truth will unravel in the quieter post-election theatre.)
