It is only the last few months that sundance gave up on sessions and fiNALLY STATED nothing is going on as he predicted. If you don’t believe me just go read all of his commenters who are pointing out his changed position on his website, assuming that haven’t been deleted by now.

I know that everybody expected immediate action. They expected Hillary, Obama, Holder, et.al., to be doing the perp march 3 months after Trump took office.
I did too, but I understand that it is a very huge, deep state, and it can’t be unraveled too fast. His recusal really ticked off a lot of people, but if Trump didn’t really like him, he would have fired him months ago.

in statistics typically when the standard deviation is broken it means that you’ve broken away from the original normal/average and reestablished at either a new average point or tightened/loosed up the range.
I think what he’s saying here is that they have broken out of the old paradigm and the new one is being established - the ‘forced exposure’ will partly be everyone learning/acknowledging that things have changed and what that new ‘normal’ is.
