In a word..."mixed". There was alot of US House "dead" GOPe Wood cleared out last night chief among it was "Speaker" Ryan and his ilk. Let face it the loss of the House really SUX, BUT we HAVE to get to work NOW on the 2020 Election! Get REALLY good solid candidates recruited NOW. The Dems WILL overplay their hands(they ALWAYS do) and they WILL be dumped in 2020! Silver lining, WE OWN the Senate!
Trump is the speed bump. Enjoy the day.
Tell you what, ZULU. Just take your blankie, go into your closet, close the door and suck your damned thumb!
That will be the biggest, positive contribution you can currently make to this fight!

The “Non Trump” parts of the GOP died last night.
I dunno. Those rallies are what got us this Senate.
They FIXED healthcare last time they were in control how did that work out for everyone!!!! Right now my distain is solidly with McCain for giving Trump the middle finger on health care, the BASTARD is smiling in HELL that he got him!!!
Would definitely NOT call it a good night. GOP lost 34 House seats and 6 governorships. The only silver lining is they picked up 2 or 3 Senate Seats.
The GOP’s best bet is to run against the Dem House and the fact that the Dem Party is now a party that does not respect the rule of law. To make the point, being up Kavenaugh, the border, Russia collusion and yes the attempts to impeach. In none of these instances do the Dems respect the rule of law or of evidence.
Let ‘em stall the economy, Trump can blame that on Pelosi and the numbers will make that accusation stick regardless of CNN.
We held steady here in NC. R’s Won 10/13 Seats in the House.
We passed Constitutional Voter ID.
We Reduced State Income Tax to a MAX 7%
We passed a Crime Victims Act.
We passed a Hunting, Fishing and Harvesting Wildlife for the People Act. (That should be a no brainer.)
My County put down a 0.25% County Tax Increase on Sales & Use Taxes.
We approved a “Ethics” Commission of 8 “Bipartisan” to an Ethics and Election Law enforcement.
There were No bombings or Threats, No Shootings, No massive Vote Fraud that I’m aware of.
I am saddened that the People of kookafornicata didn’t defeat pelousy and send her here to be fed to the Feral Pigs but I guess We can’t have everything...
One thing to remember here is that it looks like Texas was one of the outliers in the polls. The last RCP poll summary published Monday night — which is an aggregate of all the major polls — showed only two GOP pickups in the Senate (North Dakota and Missouri). It appears they were consistently under-estimating GOP support for these Senate races across the country. They got Indiana wrong and Florida wrong ... and in Indiana’s case it wasn’t even a close election at all.
My thoughts?
It is never as good as it seems, it is never as bad as it seems.
I keep seeing posts about how Pelosi and a Dem House are going to muck up the whole country.

What can the House of Representatives, by itself, do to tank the economy? They can pass whatever they want legislatively. But without the Senate to pass it, and the POTUS to sign it into law, they can’t do jack.
The most they can do is to block any further MAGA legislation.
The House of Representatives cannot single-handedly turn us into Venezuela!
Up here in Maine it feels like 2010 never happened. The democrats control the state, and God only knows how CD2 will play out with Rank choice voting.
Yet there’s reason to be optimistic. The left has been fired up since Nov. 2016, the GOP for the most part hasn’t forcefully stood by our great President. And yet if the recounts go the way of 2016 they’ll be 54 or 55 R Senators. I think after the Kavanaugh witch hunt, most of these folks have gotten a spine. All the craziness from the house, stays in the house.
The President has done his part to keep the republic alive. Those of us in blue states like Maine need to work equally as hard to turn things around. A whole new state committee, new localleadership. And we need to go old school, knock on every door we can every day for the next two years to turn this ship around.

Not sure where you’re at, but I’m in Michigan and that’s exactly what happened. We got trounced in every way possible. The only silver lining here, is John James ran a very good race against Stabenow. This sets him up nicely in 2020 to run against Gary Peters. Other than that, we received an absolute beating here in Michigan.

Voter fraud will.
I don’t know about other states, but in TX there was a huge drive to get Repulicans to vote early. All that did was to tell the Democrat party how much voter fraud and illegal alien voting was needed to win the house seats and down ballot seats. One of the main reasons that DJT won was because they didn’t have a clue as to how many voters would show up on election day. Republicans were ahead in early voting but some rather substantial margins.
Next thing is a very vigorous investigation into voter fraud.
Trump moves left to avoid impeachment. Ivanka to the UN. Base dumps Trump. Hair smeller Biden wins in 2020.
