More Voters Than I've Ever Seen
Personal Observation | 6 Nov 2018 | Steely Tom

Posted on 11/06/2018 7:44:13 AM PST by Steely Tom

Just voted, 10:30 east cost time, upstate New York.

The voting place was almost crowded, at least 20 people were voting when I walked in. There was a line at the machine.

I've never seen so many people there. I usually vote in the mid-morning..

Upstate NY, in general, will vote Republican. But sadly, it has been emptied out by the effects of disastrous economic policies emanating from Albany during the past several decades.

Republicans will do very well in upstate NY today, but there aren't enough voters there to match up with the NYC 'Rat hordes in the statewide races.

The guess here is that Molinaro will get within single digits vs. Cuomo for governor, just as Cuomo's last challenger did, but can't beat him because of the demographic changes the state as a whole has undergone.

Oh! Thanks for making me realize I knew my number, they said it out loud when I signed in.

I was 267.

Doesn’t do much good because I didn’t notice it before. I will from now on.

I think our local Congressman, John Katko, is safe.

Polls were absolutely packed where I voted in Massachusetts. My town is one of the few that leans Republican in this entire rat-infested state. South of Boston, wealthy “white” suburbs.

Bro, I didn’t have a CLUE they even gave numbers :)

I’ve voted absentee for so long I don’t remember.

Head injury 13 years ago, was on SSDI for a few years before returning to work.

But they keep you on the absentee ballot list for 20 years.

I figure why tell them to take me off the list. It’s easier! :)

Glad to hear that... I live just across the York River in Gloucester Point... I’ll be voting in my precinct this afternoon. I’d heard the Tabb precincts (all conservative) were turning out well.

Scumbag Drudge still at it, look at the very darkly-shaded photo he uses of Trump, along with an ominous headline:

Same here in the Republican stronghold of Ocean County NJ. It looks like a wave, one way or the other.

<trying to anticipate election results based on the lines in one (or many, for that matter) polling place at one moment in time is guaranteed to end in disappointment.

That's why you want to note your voter # if you vote in the evening, as I do. That'll give an idea as to whether voting activity is steady across the whole day.

I hope they are (R) voters, but alas, New York is held hostage by NYC like Illinois is held hostage by Chicago.................

My Florida precinct is in my (gated) community clubhouse and peeps were lined up 10 deep when I arrived at 9:00 and 25 deep when I exited. I have never seen this kind of turnout even for a presidential election.

Crossing fingers that these are not NJ, NY, and CT Bolshevik transplants.

Ummm, we could use some of that water. Hasn’t rained here but once in the last 100 days or so...not that that’s unusual.

Let’s hope and pray that in both of our locales the good news runs like flood waters!
