Well, I was exaggerating a bit. Not sure if he can ACTUALLY pass his files to the Senate Judiciary committee. The point is, Obviously if the Dems control the Committee they're gonna shut down all investigations against their fellow derps.
Q says,

So, the House investigated for two years, and now the Senate will investigate for the next two years and be the CLOSER.
