Pres Trump shares East Room stage with Sergeant Major John L Canley, USMC (Ret.), recipient of today's Medal of Honor, for conspicuous valor under fire, coming to the aid of fellow Marines, in 1968 during the Vietnam War.

During the Tet Offensive in Vietnam, Sgt Major Canley "risked his own life to save the lives of those under his command," said Pres Trump, recounting Canley's bravery meriting the Medal of Honor.

"You don't look 80 years old to me," Pres tells Sgt Major Canley, commenting on the fitness of the retired Marine.

Wow, that’s awful that they won’t help you anymore. I was actually kind of worried about telling them about my other arm injuries, but I downplayed it saying it was 17 years ago excetera. Didn’t seem too worried.

R lead over Ds in AZ now 160,000.

Still, Ds are down a whopping 45,000 from 2016 ending of early voting. Trump lost the state by 27,000.

So the overall point stands. Ds are significantly underperforming in NV.

If they are that under performing in a normally Rat state like Nevada it likely must be equally bad for them elsewhere.

Cool!

He knew his grandma was the one to ask :-)

I had to Google:

Constitution of United States of America 1789 Amendment V

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

Or

Fifth Amendment, or Amendment V of the United States Constitution is the section of the Bill of Rights that protects you from being held for committing a crime unless you have been indicted correctly by the police.

Other than this, I have no idea. Is this related to Miranda Rights?

Yes, definitely Miranda rights. The rates were already in the constitution since our early days, but many people because they’re just plain ignorant, did not know about them until the 1960s and the Miranda case. Up until then the police did not have to read those rides to people. But Miranda was stupid and talked and then his law your client well he had been informed of his right. So now the supreme court demand is the police stop what they’re doing and educate the purpose before they can be arrested. Or, as they are being arrested.

You’re welcome.

We often have time zone issues with the back and forth trips POTUS takes across the country to the rallies, so I posted this visual aid.

[ tip: find one’s location and do the math ]

I was surprised to see that Pensacola, FL, was in the Central Time Zone, but with perspective, I see why.

RSBN is up and running, doing some interviews.

Invocation underway.

I’m not sure to be honest.

I know a lot of people I know, thought that all the gang bangers in America, complaining about ‘the man’ keeping them down, had no reason to complain now.

What a great image of the flag being bathed in sunlight, accompanied by the singing of the Star Spangled Banner.

Crowd breaks out into a spontaneous chanting- USA, USA, USA!

FL’s Lt. Gov. is speaking now. [ missed the name ]

GOP Attorney General candidate up next.

Welcome back neighbor!

I bought grazing foods for the rallies. Cherry tomatoes, celery, bananas, grapes, cantaloupe. Also bad foods- sharp cheddar cheese, coppa-salami-prosciutto, lime flavored tortilla chips, and Habanero salsa💥💨🤣
