Pres Trump shares East Room stage with Sergeant Major John L Canley, USMC (Ret.), recipient of today's Medal of Honor, for conspicuous valor under fire, coming to the aid of fellow Marines, in 1968 during the Vietnam War.

During the Tet Offensive in Vietnam, Sgt Major Canley "risked his own life to save the lives of those under his command," said Pres Trump, recounting Canley's bravery meriting the Medal of Honor.

"You don't look 80 years old to me," Pres tells Sgt Major Canley, commenting on the fitness of the retired Marine.

Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas raised concerns Tuesday about the increasingly common use of nationwide injunctions issued by federal trial court judges to block laws and policies.

It has been a favorite tactic of liberal activist groups that fancy themselves part of the so-called resistance confronting President Donald Trump. If plaintiffs can get a U.S. District Court judge to grant an injunction and apply it nationwide, they can gum up Trump’s policies for months or longer — even if they ultimately lose the underlying case.

“In sum, universal injunctions are legally and historically dubious,” the justice wrote. “If federal courts continue to issue them, this court is duty-bound to adjudicate their authority to do so.”

Awesome! God bless Clarence Thomas. If somehow the Supreme Court can stop these frivolous and Junctions, they will have gone a long way towards restoring what this country is meant to be. The judicial branch has to quit legislating From the Bench!

They are spending a Huge bundle on Mike Braun here in IN!!! Because the democrats are also spending a bundle on his opponent Donnelly...sometimes their TV ads go back to back 4 to 5 straight times during a commercial break. And that's no exaggeration. Joe Donnelly...Dem is serving in the Senate....I have Mike Braun's sign up in my yard and strangely its still there. Perhaps there's hope in my sad Democrat city.
