We got our hands on the elusive Alien pistol from Laugo Arms. This handgun has the lowest bore axis on the market and the advantage of low recoil and almost no muzzle flip is very noticeable.

Well, if you buy two, your wife can have her own Alien around the house.

Yes and No. The difference is FN Model 1900 uses direct blowback (spring delayed), and this uses gas delayed blowback. Trivial and besides my point. The Alien doesn't shoot .32 ACP, either, or at least we don't think so. The article doesn't even mention caliber, but I assume the Alien is 9x19mm.
The Hudson H9 achieved a bore axis almost as low by putting the recoil spring well below the bore, in front of the trigger guard. This gives the H9 a unique look, one that frankly I don't care for. But the Hudson H9 also has some good features, and the intent was to come as close as possible to a "striker-fired 1911" as possible.

Smith & Wesson 422 has barrel below recoil spring set up also. Required to tame the massive muzzle flip of the potent .22lr cartridge?

I’ve been trying to crack the “Wife, let me get the Hk P7M8” nut for years now.
This complicates things.

Boy, I thought I lived a DANGEROUS life when the wife was still alive.
I never could get the wife to even vote for me, on elections where their was a single name on the ballot, I alway's write in my name. (Sometimes 3-4 times, depending on the ballot for that election cycle.) She would vote for Mr. Blank, i.e., just skip along on the ballot.
I'm still jealous of Mr. Blank. :>)

Sort of like the H&K P7, which also has a low bore axis.

It’s black so that makes it a Scary Assault Rifle Weapon of Mass Destruction Pistol. According to the people who’ve been making up our laws lately.
And only police should have them. Except those police who might shoot a black man that’s trying to kill them.

Well, it’s a Czech design, and they’ve been making guns for like a billion years. Brno, CZ, etc., the Czechs have a LOT of experience.
It’s a delayed blowback gas piston, so that helps with recoil. The video
I imagine you be able to get it in standard NATO 9x19mm Europellet, probably .40 and .45 as well as some other calibers, depending on demand.
17 round capacity - that’s nice as well, up there with the Glock 17. Field strip looks easy and quick.
I’d love to shoot one.
