I haven't found any Polls since Thursday - I was hoping for a focus group or such. Should I read into that that perhaps they aren't going the media's way?

Assume each and every poll is a lie, even if it shows what appears to be good news. The ONLY important poll is what is taken/filled in on Election Day, 2018. Every sane person needs to get to the polls this election, no matter their differences, just to make sure not one DEMOCRAT is left standing. Deal with weak, evil, Republicans later. Eliminate the Democrat this Election Day, 2018.

They are waiting for the next vermin to crawl out of the woodwork before polling again. They’ve probably already been tipped off to who, what, and when is coming up next. Always remember that polls are used to create news, not report public sentiment. They won’t want to create the next furor until close to the time that the FBI wraps up its fast-track “investigation.”
For that moron to walk back any comment is remarkable. I'd say the polls over the last couple of days have been absolutely devastating for the Democrats.

We all know the media will create polls claiming the country does not want Kavanaugh confirmed. Do not give them ANY credibility. The Dems purpose of the delay is try to move public opinion against Kavanaugh and to bring out more unsubstantiated claims. The FBI investigation must be completed as quickly as possible, within a few days.

I can’t remember the last four they did, but the only one in which the R was trailing was Comstock in VA, by about 5. This isn’t bad. She was one of the first written off, so if she’s within striking distance, we should be in good shape.
Rs have solidified, I’m told, WA8, FL27, NY19, the ME seat, CA39, Duncan Hunter’s seat, Andy Barr in KY, will net gain at least two in MN, and possibly 3.
That leaves about 8 sure net losses, maybe as many as 20 seats in play. So the Ds have to run the table now, winning almost every single tossup seat.
Oh, and supposedly Morrissey’s internal polling shows him now in a “tie” with Manchin-on-a-Hill, with about 60% of West Virginians supporting Judge K.

Just one state but my guess is this result mirrors many other states except perhaps for California and New York.
