No question in my mind this is Katz. Now it raises the question of who dug up Barbara Kinney as the person walking behind Hillary Rotten. Obviously, to me, this was a split-second counternarrative to the alt news disclosing that Katz was tied to Rotten.
So we see it in bold technicolor, the liar media injected a quick counter to the discovery of Katz as a member of the Clinton mob. And the fiction writers brought in the basement dwelling hubby-hag tag team known as Snopes to declare the claim that it was Katz in the photo is FALSE! While digging up photographer Barbara Kinney as the patsy. But it was a poor job because a closer look reveals it is Katz, not even a doubt.
