I don't think we'll get to that point as I believe Mr. Kavanaugh will get confirmed.
Who would Trump nominate if it came to that? My guess would be Ms. Barrett. How would the filthy rats smear her?

After Kavanaugh is seated on the court there must be a serious and thorough (criminal) investigation into how the DemonRats colluded with the lying accusers in this disgraceful spectacle.

After the mid-terms when we have serious gains in the senate and hold the house, Trump will be positioned to open a Texas sized can of whoop-ass on the DemonRats.
If we’re blessed to have Jim Jordan as the next speaker it will be incredible what Trump + Jordan will do... The wall WILL go up and quickly, more tax cuts and deregulation, more winning bigly than ever.
