I will bet that 12 hours later he had another burning experience. I am glad that he is ok.

They’re called HOT Cheetos——that would be a clue to anyone with 1/2 a brain.

Everything is relative.
I used to work with a woman who wouldn’t eat ketchup “because it is too hot” and wouldn’t eat cheese “because it is too sweet”.

Rappers clearly aren’t as tough as they claim or believe themselves to be.

My son eats these all the time.
The only problem is Cheetos are a guilty pleasure of mine and I have to make sure I don't sneak any of the hot ones.

Lil Xan looks like a pale, effeminate little b#t@h who is likely to melt like a snowflake from the Cheetos

Too much of a good thing can be bad for anyone.
Two of my boys have found out the hard way by overdoing it with Takis and Flamin’ Hot Cheetos.

Rapper Lil Xan said he ate too many Flamin Hot Cheetos and ended up in the hospital. The 22-year-old talked about his recent trip to the emergency room in a video shared with his 5 million Instagram followers on Monday.
I just want everybody to know I was in the hospital not due to any drugs, but I guess I ate too many Hot Cheetos. It ripped something in my stomach, he said with a chuckle.
I puked a little blood, he continued. We good!
We had a rapper in Dallas that walked off the stage. Wonder if he will use the same excuse?

It has nothing to do with “spicy”.
Read the ingredients. These are the culprits:
Monosodium Glutamate,Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate.
If you don’t know what they ALL are, how they interact and consume them ignorantly & regularly, good luck with that. /s
