It is beginning to be obvious that Ford has asked for immunity from prosecution (for perjury) as it is becoming apparent that she is lying. SEVERAL supposed witnesses have no recollection of the party. She has to have asked for immunity from prosecution for what she is trying to do.
The Liberals and feminazis are trying to make it Criminal Just to be accused. Even if there isn’t a single Witness and the so-called facts aren’t even remembered. We are in 1984.
That the Republicans are giving credence to any of this just makes me sick. I wish we had other options to vote for. Trump is out trying to manage the midterms all by himself, while he is being stabbed in the back in DC.

She's only an "accuser" in the context of her testimony ... and until she actually files a formal statement she hasn't even made an accusation under any legal/official standard at all. This is why she will never testify.
If you read through Grassley's various letters and public statements on the matter over the last few days you'll see where he takes great care to make these distinctions in his dealings with Buzzy Ford's lawyers.
If she was truthful,pure and innocent victim like a bar of Ivory soap then why all these high powered, leftist lawyer hacks in her corner? She’s a fraud and all the hacks around her see $$$ signs from the high profile exposure. Truth be damned it’s all about personal glory and throwing in the prize of possibly derailing a conservative SCOTUS nominee.

Not every demonocrat in a Trump state will vote for Judge Kavanaugh. Some will calculate that they’ll lose more of their rabid, illiterate, demonic base than they’ll gain from independents and Republicans. A fortiori purplish states where the effort to win requires massive turnout by their psychotic base.
Seventy would require every dem who is the least bit vulnerable to non-base voters being nauseated by voting for the drunken lying skank. Sixty would require about half that crowd. Fifty-five would take into account that some of these senators are actually psychotic themselves.
IMHO, the fact that she and her lawyer have repeatedly tried to get the FBI to investigate makes it that much more serious, and she should be prosecuted for lying. The letter she wrote became a legal document once she put it in Diane Feinswine's hands, and can be subpoenaed as evidence in a court of law.
The difficulty is such complaints are akin to complaints about the awful environment of maximum security prisons. In the prison, they’re all convicted violent felons. What did you expect? In a swanky, private prep school, they’re all hyper-indulged snobby elitist trash. What did you expect?
Mark Judge easily has the best case against her (and likely the Democrat’s Soros money machine would be on the hook to pay up for her, another little delicious treat). She accused him of participating in multiple felonies, some violent. He has to be seriously pissed. I would be.
And the best part for Judge’s case against her - he already has the same iron-clad lock from the “witnesses” that Kavanaugh has. His case against her, as a private person, never in the public eye, is as much a slam dunk as we’ve ever seen before. He could literally take every penny she has, for the rest of her sorry, sordid life.

The Republicans won’t bring the nomination to a committee vote as long as the Rats have this charade going, and you know it. Ergo, if he Rats shut down this charade Grassley can then call for a committee vote and then send it onto the floor for the full Senate. Hell, Grassley can do that now but he is stuck with that cuck Flake who is gumming up the works.

I use the “metoo” term as kind of a broad way of expressing the kinds of women’s rights cases that are always in the federal court pipeline, some of which will always get to the supreme court. No I didn’t go thru the whole federal court data base but I’ll bet there are a few such cases percolating now; there always are!
