Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin (R) says that she and her husband are ready to leave their home in Alaska and “get outside and do more.”
“We were anchored here for the kids. Now our youngest daughter is going to be out of school — she's going to go to nursing school — she'll be taken care of." “And we're ready to do a lot more.”
“We’re not going to be holed up in Wasilla, Alaska, the rest of our life..."
Palin and her husband, Todd Palin, said they have lived in Wasilla since they first met in high school. But both said they think now is time for a change.
“He's more driven then I am to bust out and get some things done..."
As for where they’ll end up, her husband said: “If you see sea planes flying around Arizona or New Mexico you'll know who it is.”
The politician also offered some words of advice to her Republican colleagues.
“They're in power. They've got the House, the Senate, they have the Administration and yet they're acting like victims and they're always on defense,” she said. “That's not what the supporters of the platform expect.”
“We expect to be on offense in order to clean things up — drain that swamp — get government back on our side and get it off our backs and quit playing victim all the time!”
“You're not going to win a ballgame only playing defense,” she added.

Sarah Palin is the only Republican female political leader (re Congress/national setting) who has bigger balls then most Republican Senators combined, and more brains than all the Democrat female senators combined (Gillibrand, Warren - smoking wampum instead of selling it, Hirono - sniffing volcanic smoke for too long, Murray and or Murphy or both, Hillary the Hag, McCaskill the Coward, Heitkamp the invisible, etc.).
Maybe she and her husband can move to Arizona, run for Congress, and derail comrade Krysta Sinema’s bid for power.

Some of those bars are where I’ve had some of my most fun times. Also the bars around Big Lake — just beyond Wasilla — and on islands in the lake. Take boats in the summer, and in the winter you drive over the ice when you know it’s safe.
I don’t see her happy anywhere else, and expect they’ll return to Alaska again even if they leave now. It gets in your blood.
Darn shame that Trump didn’t give her a spot in the Administration. She’d have been better than the disloyal swamp rats that snaked their way in - like the person who wrote the Op-Ed.

She will not move out in the sticks having lived in Alaska. More likely a town with a bigger media outlet such as Boise. Todd’s fishing. She quit. Her political career is over. Rest on her laurels, thanks to McCain. Big red Idaho would elect her. One senator is really old. No contest which is how she’d like it. Entitlement. Fighting days are over. Now it’s just entertainment using sting shots.
Todd is in marine aviation now.
