I don’t know whether seeded or selective - my guess is they didn’t need to seed and were obviously selective; as you note, “Q” is getting lots of questions, they can pick & choose. After all we’ve seen messages given from a response to a request for a “wedding song” (sword / Syria).
The one thing in the midst here is that GA was shut down right after a blitzkrieg by shills involving all those questions. Except for a couple - Trudeau + RR / Judge K.

They have tried, several times. When Justin Trudeau bad mouthed President Trump after the G7, and John Brennan sent out his Tweet telling world leaders that Trump would soon be gone, they really expected their rouge missile launch from near Seattle to take down Air Force One.
It isn’t going to work this time until Elohim wills it to happen. More and more my sense is that President Trump is one of the Two Witnesses. They are assassinated after 1260 days of testimony, but are resurrected and ascended into Heaven after 3.5 days.

There was a reveal from PapaD last night saying that he was being steered to Downer earlier than thought and it appears Downer, not being an intel op himself (he’s a diplomat) - apparently lost his temper when meeting with PapaD and started going off about how he (Downer) hates Trump! He had a TDS episode right in the middle of the big setup! That’s why they never got the “e-mails” hook into the picture! That’s what he was supposed to say but then he went off on a tangent about Trump with an AUS intel op lady sitting alongside elbowing him in the side (figuratively if not literally).
“Downer had one job ... get Papadopolous to say ‘e-mails’” ... “the push worked”, “you have one job”, just get PapaD to say “e-mails” - AND PAPADOPOLOUS NEVER DOES!
