President Trump is doing his part to keep Ted Cruz and our majority in the Senate. What are you doing?

Beto is Obama's kind of cross-dressing guy-gal.

Texans know what a Democrat is.

If the people down there anything more than a bunch of phony big-talking wannabe cowboys, then they will pull their head out of their rears and take care of business.

Otherwise I dont want to hear another word from that state about how they are some sort of cut above the rest of the nation....because Texas.

About this time 2 years ago, there were reports that Texas was in danger of flipping over to Hitlery. Did it happen?

I think that Cruz would do himself a whole lot of good if he launched his 2018 reelection with something like an "I was wrong" campaign. If Cruz begins with apologizing for his 2016 RNC speech, admitting that Donald Trump achieved breathtaking results improving the economy, and vowing to get behind him 100% in implementing the remainder of the agenda through 2020, he'd all but wrap up the Texas vote.

The Dems would need 500,000 more votes to even be close.

And the brain-addled never-Cruzers on FR will rejoice if that does happen. They’d rather see conservatism fail than have Cruz serving in any political capacity. Their seething hatred for Cruz has no bounds.

Cruz fired this guy for spreading a false story about Rubio. Then this guy skitters over to MSNBC to declare it’s possible that Cruz could lose. Wonder of wonders./s

At the rate with which illegals are flooding Texas and Toyota keeps relocating Californians there, it will be blue pretty soon.

The polls that show Cruz and O'Rourke in dead heat are nonsense - they're on par with the prediction of a Hillary landslide in 2016. These numbers all assume that most eligible voters will turn out to vote, which is never the case in a state like TX with very low voter turnout among the large Hispanic population.

The other illusion/delusion about O'Rourke's chances comes from his massive fundraising. The trouble is, a great deal of that is soft money coming from out of state Democrat organizations, not by grassroots support in his home state.

Cruz will win this one by close to double digits without even putting in much effort.

Pres Trump needs, must have, intelligent, smart, and conservative senators in order to keep this Republic from being destroyed by the Uni Party, globalist, deep state traitors who are trying to bring him down. Ted Cruz was a past opponent, now a supporter of Pres Trump and qualifies as a formidable ally in the ongoing battle to save this Republic. The alternative to electing Cruz is a Hillary type candidate whose allegiance is to the democrat party and their allegiance to the entrenched deep state which is in the process of destroying America as we know it. Losers fight past grievances and winners, such as Pres Trump, know when to move on with current concerns and battles.

What is most distressing is that the GOP is devoting so many resources to the re-election of a Senator that should be a shoe-in.

Donors and party and spending 10’s of millions.

How is it even possible for this seat to be at even small risk?

One has to wonder if the money is better spent on flipping seats in Montana, Missouri or W VA. Or any other Blue Senate seat in a Red state.

There are battle grounds that will go unfunded. Or under-funded.
