I have two thoughts on this, TX.
1.) The qmap site has been described as a "government web site" in an article that was an attack piece on Q/Trump. Can't recall the piece.
2.) Woudn't it defeat the whole purpose of Q's form of "comms" for him to interpret his entire post in the title, which seems to be the case now?
3.) Okay, three thoughts. Maybe I just noticed this (very possible) but the more detailed and thorough titles are relatively new. I just don't remember them being so interpretive before. (I'm not always the greatest notice).
Conclusion:
No. I don't think Q has, or would want to, have any editorial input into the titling on the qmap site. It would be counter-productive to what they are doing.
Unless they have a cooperating agent doing the titling. Part of the program itself but with plausible deniability if hauled into court at some future time.

Nixon was DS, but had his own agenda. His 49-state blow-out against McGovern would have given him a mandate to do whatever he thought was right. Watergate put an end to that, but I also just noticed something. Just two days after Nixon's second inauguration, the Supreme Court ruled on Roe v. Wade by a 7-2 margin. SEVEN to TWO on a huge overreach that most of the country, especially Nixon's voters, did not support.
