Survivor: David vs. Goliath is the thirty-seventh season of Survivor (for those unfamiliar with the show, there are two seasons each year). It begins Wednesday, September 26, 2018 on CBS at 8/7c with a special 90 minute episode.
The players range in age from 19 to 56. There are seven from California (all from Southern California), three each from Florida and Texas, two from New York, and one each from Colorado, Georgia, Kentucky, Massachusetts, and North Carolina.
The David tribe consists of "those who have scratched and clawed their way through life to prove themselves." The Goliath tribe consists of "those who come from a place of privilege."
Goliath Tribe (purple buffs): Alec, Alison, Angelina, Dan, Jeremy, John, Kara, Mike, Natalia, Natalie

I still don’t see why some people think Christian is a smart player.
He made a bunch of stupid alliances that didn’t hold. Is only in the game because alliance members saved his bacon - and then he turned on them.
Well, at least he was smart enough to play his II tonight.
Gabby was a hoot tonight.

The one thing you can say about Christian is that he has really, really good timing.
It might be totally unconscious...right thing at the right time. Normally a person as goofy as he is would have gotten on so many nerves that he’d be gone long before this.

Christian has had his name written down 15 times so far and is still in the game. Wonder what the record is?
Guess it’s 19 and he went out with 18.
Interesting that Davie and Nick had game plans but threw it out the window by voting out Christian - even though they didn’t trust him and he had back stabbed them more than one.
The “anybody but me crowd” of Mike, Kara, Al and Ang - who never had a plan but now appear to be in the driver’s seat - if they can figure it out.

Did anyone notice the subtle shift in Mike from last week and then through the first two hours of last night? He picked up a harder “my way or the highway” edge as he consolidated his power.

First of all, next season. I have read some information about it. Unfortunately, it appears to come from spoiler sources, therefore I can't reveal those details here. However, the next season preview looks like a take-off on Redemption Island. But until Dalton Ross reports it, I'll leave it as is, except to say that some doomsayers are predicting a "jump the shark" moment for the series.
