For what it’s worth, I’ve come across Youtube speculation that Putin may be thwarting his own coup. He fired and replaced 15 police “generals” today. These aren’t really military but are responsible for districts or areas of Russia. Firing this many and immediately replacing them has suggested to some Putin is thwarting disloyalty/coup. Since he’s not jumping in to war with the US as desired by the NWO, I can imagine there are some who would conspire to replace him.

I have believed that RR & RM were likely (not certainly) white hats for a long time and have posted on it and argued about it with a few people.
If you have time, find RR’s Congressional testimony on Youtube and watch it. Either
1. He is a black hat who is very smirky and sarcastic, with no sense of panic whatsoever.
or
2. He is a white hat and in on the whole thing and confidently playing a role.
If he’s a black hat, I find it nearly impossible to believe that he’s either so clueless that he has no idea he’s in trouble or else that he’s such a cool cucumber that he is smiling and testifying comfortably or else that he really thinks his side is winning. Those are the only 3 possibilities I can think of for him being a black hat and none of the 3 seem likely to me.
I think I’ll leg Bagster write the history while I drink a beer to Q.
