I’d seem some weird contortionist type lefty articles saying that the importance of the Cohen pleading was that the judge, when accepting the plea deal, acknowledged as legal fact Cohen’s assertion that he committed “crimes” at the direction of the candidate (i.e., Trump). I’d never seen anything remotely like that before. Leave it to Wictor to point the way!
