Learned an interesting fact today: 86% of those incarcerated in prisons came out of the foster care system. Mr. Sessions can start there with the “prison reform.”

I would like to see the source for that bit of info as I find it difficult to believe. I can believe a huge number came from what used to be called “broken homes”, ie no father in the home.
