I think Biden is as horrid a snake in the ball of writhing snakes as there is. I do have a friend with a long time relative on Biden’s staff. Purportedly, Biden’s goofy, dumb, idiot persona is an act. I guess he’s clever in some ways but dumb as a rock when it comes to choosing to do evil carp.

Perkins Coie defended every case attacking 0b0la’s lack of b.cert and related cases. Every one, IIRC. And one case in, IIRC, San Diego, at the first hearing the judge said (paraphrasing obviously), ‘Let’s hear the case” and at the next court date changed his mind. He had hired a Perkins Coie assistant. We thought at the time (on FR) that the PC guy had been forced on him with a message he could not ignore. Judge was former Marine and a good guy.
