Intellectual property trolls [patent trolls and copyright trolls] are a big threat to economic growth. We have seen the damage they can do right here on FR. Getty Images anyone?

The Supreme Court isn’t necessarily wrong on this one, and may be right. I am not taking a position on any specific case, but just stating the the overall situation was very ripe for reform.

I have seen patent trolls attempt to buy up and assert rights against the government for technologies that the government paid to develop.
